Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Territory Manager to advance patient-centered diabetes care. You will build partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care physicians, and diabetes educators while driving sales and market share in your territory.

You will leverage a consultative approach, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure products remain the standard of care and deliver positive outcomes for patients and providers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of sales experience in B2B or life sciences (healthcare, pharma, med device, diabetes).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the territory’s business strategy to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with partners to optimize routing and customer engagement processes.
• Own patient onboarding and coordinate with teammates for successful completion.
• Exceed sales targets and drive market share within the territory.
• Execute field sales initiatives aligned with company standards and promotional practices.
• Build trust with providers using consultative product knowledge.
