TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales within the Virginia Beach region. You will build strategic plans with local partners, manage patient onboarding, and lead physician-facing engagement to expand market share.

Your track record in sales, plus ability to network with endocrinologists and diabetology specialists, will be essential. This role involves travel within the territory and incentives for performance.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in B2B or life sciences.
• Strong relationship-building and networking with healthcare professionals.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead territory business strategy with clear, actionable plans.
• Coordinate routing and customer engagement across the territory.
• Own patient onboarding, coordinating with teammates as needed.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and grow market share in the area.
