Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to lead and develop the operations function within its supported dental offices. The PMO will partner with doctors, oversee teams, and drive strategic goals while fostering a culture of continuous learning and exceptional patient care.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, weekly huddles, and ongoing training to build leadership capability across the practice network.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and trends, and craft effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy with patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Aufgaben

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Align goals of Doctors and teams through servant leadership and meetings.
• Support Doctor-led, Hygiene-driven, Operations focus with regular meetings and huddles.
• Collaborate with Doctors to identify required skills and select candidates for open roles.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support offices.
