Job summary

Heartland Dental in Orlando, FL seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to partner with Doctors and lead day-to-day operations for the supporting dental office. You will drive leadership development, workflow optimization, and performance improvements to deliver exceptional patient care.

The PMO will guide teams, sustain a high-performance culture, and advance strategic goals through daily coaching, meetings, and targeted training.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3 - 5 years’ leadership experience (in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking, medical, etc.)
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics

Responsibilities

• Provide servant leadership to support Doctors and teams in achieving top goals
• Develop and pursue annual business goals and personal development objectives
• Align Doctor and team priorities through regular meetings and huddles
• Support recruitment and onboarding by partnering with recruiting and support offices
• Plan and block Doctor schedules for CE and leadership development
• Monitor progress toward financial and clinical goals in the practice
