Heartland Dental – Inspire Dental in Apex seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to partner with the Doctor and lead daily operations, patient care, and team performance. This role emphasizes servant leadership, strategic planning, and program execution to advance the office’s goals.

The PMO will drive training, mentor staff, and implement the Office’s top priorities while aligning with Heartland Dental’s model of growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and trends, and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support office operations as a trusted business partner to the Doctor.
• Drive annual goals and personal development for the team.
• Facilitate effective communication through daily huddles and regular meetings.
• Support recruitment and onboarding with recruiting and office leadership.
• Monitor performance metrics and patient care quality to improve outcomes.
