Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team. You will partner with Doctors to lead office operations, drive excellent patient care, and build a strong, collaborative team culture across our supported dental offices.

This role prioritizes leadership development, annual goal setting, and performance reviews. You’ll run daily huddles, hold weekly meetings, and support onboarding and CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree, or 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Lead monthly synergy meetings, weekly team meetings, and daily huddles.
• Support Doctor-led, hygiene-driven operations through collaboration and communication.
• Align with doctors to discuss progress, goals and support needed.
