Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for Stable Valley Dentistry to drive office performance and patient care. You’ll partner with Doctors and teams to implement the patient-centric, growth-focused PMO framework across daily operations.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, strategic planning, staff development, and consistent communication to achieve top 10 goals and daily huddles. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify trends, and craft solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align Doctors and teams through servant leadership.
• Drive weekly huddles, monthly meetings, and quarterly goals.
• Oversee onboarding and staff development with recruitment partners.
• Monitor performance against top 10 goals and practice metrics.
• Partner with doctors on budget planning and CE scheduling.
