Job summary

Heartland Dental's Dental Care of Sanford is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to lead the office’s performance and patient care.

As PMO, you’ll partner with the Doctor, guide the team, drive training and goals, and run daily huddles to ensure service excellence.

This role emphasizes servant leadership, collaboration, and continuous learning within the Heartland Dental network, with strong mentorship and growth opportunities to advance your career.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and develop solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy with patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical and leadership skills.
• Develop annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals (5 technical, 5 commitment, 6 personality).
• Support the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus through meetings and morning huddles.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support offices.
• Help doctors plan CE through Education and Leadership programs.
