Heartland Dental in Georgetown, TX seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team. This role partners with the Doctor to lead and develop the office team, drive key hospitality and care standards, and support financial and operational goals.

The PMO will train staff, coordinate weekly meetings, and ensure strategies align with the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus. This position emphasizes growth and patient-first care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments for effective service delivery.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify trends, and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO training to develop technical, commitment, and leadership skills.
• Align Doctor and team goals with patient care priorities and business metrics.
• Provide regular coaching and conduct team huddles to drive performance.
• Onboard new team members with recruiting and office support partners.
• Monitor and support CE planning and quarterly/annual financial goals.
