Heartland Dental—Spring is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations in Spring, TX to lead office teams, align with Doctor goals, and drive operational excellence. The PMO will partner with clinicians to ensure top patient care while managing training, scheduling, and performance metrics.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing development of staff to support growth across the supported dental offices.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support office teams to align with the Doctor's goals and PMO strategy.
• Manage scheduling, training, and daily operations to optimize patient care and efficiency.
• Partner with recruiting and support offices to onboard new staff and manage talent development.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across clinical and administrative functions.
