Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for Hidden Meadows Dental Care. You will partner with the doctor to guide and support the team in delivering exceptional patient care while growing the practice and maintaining a strong culture.

Roles include leading PMO training, aligning with the Doctor's goals, and managing monthly meetings, huddles, and quarterly financial planning. Travel may be involved as needed to support multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with conflict resolution ability.
• Experience analyzing processes, spotting trends and implementing solutions.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Experience with dental software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Doctors to set and achieve top business goals.
• Lead team through daily huddles, weekly touchpoints, and monthly meetings.
• Support office operations through training, scheduling and performance management.
• Onboard new team members with recruiting partnerships.
• Drive CE planning and leadership development for staff.
