Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations in the Poughkeepsie area to serve as a strategic business partner to the Doctor and lead office teams toward outstanding patient care. The PMO will foster learning, teamwork and a patient-first culture across supported offices.

The role prioritizes leadership development, performance coaching and alignment with the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven operations philosophy. Strong communication and training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Strong communication, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor dental office teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Partner with Doctors to align priorities and financial goals.
• Facilitate weekly huddles, monthly meetings and quarterly objectives.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff with recruiting and support offices.
• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to practice standards.
• Collaborate with Doctor leadership on education and development programs.
