Heartland Dental in Edwardsville, IL, is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team as a key business partner to the Doctor. This hands-on leader will guide and support the team, focusing on delivering exceptional patient care and driving the practice's performance.

The PMO will oversee daily operations, lead training initiatives, and collaborate with recruiting to onboard new staff, while fostering a culture of learning and servant leadership across the office.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Trustworthy with patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities
