Heartland Dental's Vista Trail Dental Care in Sachse, Texas is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team and help drive patient care and office performance. As PMO, you will partner with the Doctor, lead a high-performing team, manage goals, coordinate training, and supervise daily operations to deliver exceptional service while supporting growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years’ leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical and leadership skills.
• Develop annual business goals and personal development plans.
• Provide servant leadership to support Doctors and teams.
• Lead monthly synergy meetings and weekly team huddles with effective communication.
• Collaborate with Doctors to align on quarterly and annual financial goals.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
