Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for Dental Care of Lightfoot in Williamsburg. The PMO will partner with the Doctor and team to execute goals, manage daily operations, and foster a culture of excellence in patient care.

The role emphasizes leadership, development, and strategic alignment with the practice’s priorities and Heartland Dental’s patient-first philosophy.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years leadership experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and trends, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.
• 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical setting.
• 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable.
• Dentrix or other dental software experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the PMO team to support doctors and staff.
• Align Doctor goals with practice priorities through regular meetings and huddles.
• Partner with recruiting and support offices to onboard new team members.
• Monitor financial and operational metrics to guide quarterly and annual planning.
• Provide servant leadership to improve patient care and office performance.
