Holmestown Commons Dental Care is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team, backed by Heartland Dental. The PMO will partner with the Doctor to lead the office, drive operational excellence, and champion patient-centered care.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, and collaborative decision-making across clinical and administrative teams. The successful candidate will develop and execute goals, manage daily operations, and ensure effective communications through daily

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual top goals and personal development plans.
• Provide servant leadership to support Doctors and teams.
• Lead meetings and huddles; align with Doctors on priorities.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support offices.
• Support team training and growth through Core Essentials and beyond.
