Job summary

Neodent is seeking a Territory Manager to drive profitable sales growth and maximize revenue within a defined dental market. You will nurture existing accounts and expand the customer base, serving dental professionals, laboratories, and surgeons across the territory.

You will partner with marketing, deliver Neodent presentations, and participate in educational events. The role requires travel and a strong consultative selling approach with a focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record for territory travel.

Responsibilities

• Build authentic relationships with dental professionals to drive profitable sales and revenue.
• Develop, maintain, and expand accounts within the territory.
• Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities with clinicians.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Market Communications on launches.
• Engage at study clubs and deliver Neodent presentations to customers.
