Job summary

Neodent in Orlando, FL seeks a Territory Manager to drive profitable growth within a defined dental market. You will nurture existing accounts and win new business by partnering with dentists and specialists, leveraging Neodent’s implant systems and digital solutions.

The role requires strong relationship-building, strategic selling, and collaboration with marketing and product teams. Competitive base salary plus commissions and vehicle reimbursement support the ambitious compensation plan.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of sales experience in high-growth corporate markets
Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and ability to maintain auto insurance coverage

Responsibilities

Build authentic relationships with dental professionals by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
Drive profitable sales growth and maximize revenue by developing, maintaining, and advancing existing accounts and prospects within your territory
Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities with dentists, periodontists, prosthodontists, dental laboratories, and oral surgeons
Work closely with Product Marketing and Market Communications to support marketing launches and achieve new product sales objectives
Utilize educational events to develop existing customers, foster brand loyalty, and attract new clients; participate in Study Clubs and deliver Neodent presentations
Proactively adapt to changing customer needs and market dynamics; leverage CRM tools to plan and measure sales activity
