Motorola Solutions, including its Silvus Technologies unit, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USSOCOM requirements. You will evaluate operational needs, demonstrate interoperability, and guide field-ready solutions for tactical networks.

Responsibilities include supporting trials, RFI/RFP responses, and coordinating with engineering and BD teams. Travel up to 50% is required, with remote work options depending on location.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS, or related C5ISR field; 2–5 years in relevant roles.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.
• U.S. Citizenship required; background check and drug test required.

Mansioni

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map needs to tactical radio solutions.
• Support field trials, configurations, and user evaluations.
• Prepare technical demonstrations for low‑signature, tactical edge operations.
• Collaborate with BD to align work with strategic priorities and needs.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites, labs, and field-testing environments.
