Job summary

Primordial Labs is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to own the Army Aviation capture lifecycle and drive revenue for the Anura platform. You will build relationships with DoD offices, shape requirements, and lead proposals through award decisions.

The role emphasizes strategic, aerospace defense experience with a track record of winning contracts, in a fully remote US-based environment. A fast-paced, startup-like culture supports autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business development, capture management, or government sales with a track record of winning defense contracts.
• Direct experience working with DoD customers and navigating defense acquisition processes.
• Proven success owning opportunities across the full capture lifecycle.
• Established relationships within relevant DoD program offices or combatant commands.
• Army Aviation experience (operator or programmatic) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full capture lifecycle for priority opportunities, from shaping to proposals and awards.
• Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Monitor defense market and competitors to inform strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering and program management to ensure deliverables and commitments.
