Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring for a leadership role focused on growth strategy and program capture in the U.S. Army air defense space. You will work across product, engineering, and corporate teams to shape opportunities, manage key relationships, and drive wins in major programs.

The role requires senior- level collaboration, a deep understanding of defense acquisitions, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Active U.S. security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of operations, acquisition, program management, business development, and/or capture in government or defense.
• Experience with Service/Joint Programs of Record and requirement owners.
• Proven success leading defense programs of record and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a cohesive, data‑driven growth strategy to penetrate and expand markets for U.S. Army air defense.
• Grow existing business and capture new opportunities at scale on major programs.
• Understand client roadmaps, competitive landscape, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Maintain relationships with Army program offices and inform product delivery and partnerships.
• Collaborate with multiple lines and corporate teams to shape contracts, funding, and partnerships.
• Communicate Anduril’s value to customers, partners, and public audiences.
• Foster trust, transparency, and continuous improvement while delivering on financial goals.
