Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of operations, acquisition, program management, business development, and/or capture experience in government or defense sectors.
• Proven ability to lead acquisition and capture of defense programs of record.
• Experience navigating the Defense Acquisition Process and engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven growth strategies to penetrate new and existing markets for U.S. Army air defense capabilities.
• Grow business with large programs and transitioned programs at scale.
• Identify and map client roadmaps and competitive landscapes with senior DoD stakeholders.
• Own relationships with Army program offices to resolve issues and guide cross‑functional teams.
