Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or similar customer support experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate understanding of contract vehicle requirements for established customers.
• Source, verify compliance, and quote equipment per customer requests.
• Process orders and ensure timely bookings.
• Resolve post-order issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teammates and internal departments to address needs.
• Generate and analyze sales reports.
• Negotiate pricing, payment, and delivery terms with vendors.
• Achieve annual sales margin targets.
