Job summary

Source Code LLC is seeking an Account Manager for Military & Defense to manage existing government accounts, serving as the primary contact and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and accurate quotations.

You will coordinate with Sales Engineering, Production, and Marketing, maintain forecasts, schedule orders, visit key accounts, and represent the company at trade shows while cross‑selling across product groups.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years related experience.
• Account management experience in government or defense sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/build long-term relationships with customers based on trust and value.
• Respond to sales inquiries and coordinate product configurations/quotations.
• Ensure new orders are entered, acknowledged, and scheduled in Production.
