Qualifications

7-10 years of experience selling Data Integration, iPaaS, or complex ETL solutions.
Proven track record leading white-boarding sessions focused on data pipelines and Cloud Data Warehousing migrations.
Understanding of GenAI data readiness and impact on RAG/LLM performance.
Collaborative experience in dynamic cross-functional teams to hit targets.
Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Achieving a dedicated quota for Data Integration products by identifying and closing complex opportunities.
Acting as a technical sales authority on Cloud Ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks), articulating how IDMC enables multi-cloud architectures.
Leading deep-dive discovery sessions to qualify high-volume data movement use cases (ETL-to-Cloud migrations, Real-time Streaming, API-led integration).
Driving forecasting accuracy and pipeline generation for Data Integration.
Partnering with Chief Data Officers and Enterprise Architects to align integration roadmap with AI/data strategies.
Leading pricing and consumption capacity scoping efforts.
