Job summary

Carrier is hiring a Market Leader for Data Centers and Industrial to drive growth with National & Regional Account customers. You will be the primary contact for strategic customers, develop senior‑level relationships, and coordinate with Carrier teams to create compelling service and aftermarket proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify service solution selling opportunities with National & Regional Account customers.
• Develop key strategic C‑Level relationships with Service & Aftermarket customers.
• Collaborate across NA Field Operations and Strategic Account teams to drive growth.
• Manage relationships with end‑user clients and prepare sales proposals and contracts.
• Travel up to 30% domestically to meet clients and close opportunities.
