Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Market Leader for Data Centers and Industrial to drive growth with national accounts in the U.S. You will lead strategic relationships with senior clients, expand Carrier's presence in data center facilities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver service and aftermarket solutions.

The role emphasizes developing opportunities, negotiating complex contracts, and traveling up to 30% to meet clients and drive revenue within contracted scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in HVAC/Industrial/Data Center sales or 10+ years in technical sales.
• Ability to travel ~30% domestically.
• Experience presenting to C-Suite clientele.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial and Data Center markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships and create a business case for Carrier services.
• Engage end-user decision-makers including C-Level executives and facilities directors.
• Prepare and negotiate complex sales contracts across many accounts.
• Collaborate with field sales, service, operations and leadership to drive growth.
• Build strategic sales plans to position Carrier for targeted projects.
• Track sales activity, forecasts and expenses; report regularly.
