Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Market Leader for Data Centers and Industrial to drive growth with National & Regional accounts across the NA Field Operations. Build C-level relationships, create strategies, and expand share of wallet with data center and industrial clients.

You will identify service solution selling opportunities, negotiate complex contracts, and collaborate with field sales, operations, and finance to secure targeted projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HVAC, Industrial, or Data Center sales.
• Willing to travel up to 30% domestically.
• Experience selling to national/regional accounts and engaging C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify service solution selling opportunities and develop strategic relationships with National/Regional accounts.
• Collaborate across North America Field Operations and Strategic Account Team Leaders to drive growth.
• Develop new business with end-user clients and create business cases for Carrier services.
• Communicate with end-user decision-makers including C-level executives and facility leaders.
• Prepare and negotiate complex sales contracts; coordinate with field, operations, and finance.
• Travel as necessary (~30%) and support sales targets with leadership alignment.
