Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Market Leader for Data Centers and Industrial to develop strategic relationships with national and regional accounts. You will act as the primary contact to C-level executives and drive growth within assigned strategic customers.

In this role, you will collaborate across North America Field Operations, Carrier Factory, and other leaders to expand share of wallet, negotiate complex contracts, and lead sales initiatives that position Carrier as the preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years in HVAC, industrial, or data center sales/BD.
• High school/GED with 10+ years in related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with end-user clients and create a business case for Carrier services.
• Communicate with C-level executives and operations leaders.
• Maintain and expand relationships within existing accounts and build new ones.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and negotiate complex contracts.
• Coordinate with field sales, operations, and leadership to drive growth.
• Travel up to 30% domestically.
