Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Market Leader for Data Centers and Industrial in the United States. You will develop strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, drive service and aftermarket opportunities, and collaborate across Carrier teams to grow our share of wallet.

You will engage with building owners and executives to position Carrier as the preferred partner, with travel up to 30% to support strategic accounts and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sales and/or business development in HVAC/Industrial/Data Center or 10+ years of related experience.
• Ability to travel 30% domestically.
• Experience presenting to C‑Suite level clientele and developing strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with end-user clients and build business cases for Carrier services.
• Interact with C‑level executives and decision-makers to expand relationships within accounts.
• Negotiate complex sales contracts and coordinate with field, operations, and finance teams.
