Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Market Leader for Data Centers and Industrial to identify service solution opportunities within National & Regional Accounts. You will develop C‑level relationships with strategic customers and collaborate across Field Operations, Carrier Factory, and national leadership to drive growth.

You will act as the primary contact for strategic customers, expand relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and create compelling business cases for Carrier Commercial Service and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business required.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• High school/GED with 10+ years of technical sales experience acceptable in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with end-user clients and create a business case to utilize Carrier Commercial Service.
• Represent Carrier to C‑Level executives, VP Operations and Directors of Facilities.
• Prepare and negotiate complex sales contracts across many accounts.
• Collaborate with field sales, service teams, and operations to drive growth and meet targets.
• Travel up to 30% domestically to manage national accounts.
