Carrier is seeking a Market Leader for Data Centers and Industrial with a strong background in engineering, sales, and business development. You will cultivate strategic relationships with national accounts, identify service solution selling opportunities, and work across field operations and leadership to drive growth.

This role requires travel up to 30% domestically and the ability to develop business cases for Carrier Commercial Service and Aftermarket within facilities and replacement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or equivalent experience.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred; 5+ years in engineering, sales or BD in HVAC/Industrial/Data Center sectors.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic relationships with national/regional accounts at C‑level.
• Identify service solutions and drive Carrier Commercial service opportunities.
• Collaborate across field ops, strategic account teams, and leadership to grow wallet share.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage sales forecasts and activity reports.

Formation
