Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Market Leader for Data Centers and Industrial to identify service solution selling opportunities and develop strategic C‑Level relationships with national and regional accounts in the US. You will collaborate across North America Field Operations to grow contracted business and expand Carrier's share of wallet.

You will manage complex contracts, coordinate with field sales, service teams, and operations, and travel up to 30% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business and 5+ years in engineering, sales or business development in HVAC, Industrial or Data Center industries.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Travel up to 30% domestically; ability to work flexibly across the US.

Responsibilities

• Identify service solution selling opportunities for National & Regional accounts.
• Develop strategic C‑Level relationships with Service & Aftermarket customers.
• Collaborate across North America Field Operations to drive growth in assigned accounts.
• Create and implement sales strategies to position Carrier as the preferred supplier.
• Prepare accurate sales proposals, estimates and contracts; coordinate with operations and finance as needed.
