Job summary

Usatech Recruit seeks an Account Executive Manager in Santa Clara, United States, to lead growth within strategic Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure accounts. You will manage existing relationships, uncover new opportunities, and execute account strategies across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and OEM environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor sales or field applications required.
• Proven ability to grow key accounts and manage executive relationships.
• Knowledge of data center and cloud infra ecosystems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for key strategic accounts.
• Maintain strong customer relationships across executive to operations levels.
• Drive design-in and design-win activities with customer engineering teams.
• Coordinate with marketing and business units on product strategy and opportunities.
• Analyze customer demand and provide accurate monthly projections with Ops visibility.
• Map customer org structures and align with design, manufacturing, and strategy.
• Manage and track opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
• Conduct regular customer visits and engagements to identify new opportunities.
• Support new product development by aligning customer requirements with our power portfolio.
