Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a high-performing Account Executive Manager to drive growth within data center and cloud infrastructure accounts. You will manage existing relationships, develop new opportunities, and execute account strategies across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and OEM environments.

You will collaborate with a dynamic sales team and cross-functional partners to enable customer success through consultative engagement and technical collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field is required.
• 5–8 years of experience in semiconductor sales, FAE, or business development.
• Strong understanding of Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure ecosystems.
• Proven ability to grow key accounts and manage executive relationships.
• Experience with demand forecasting and sales planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships across all levels, including execs.
• Drive design-in and design-win activities with customer engineering teams.
• Coordinate product line strategy and opportunity development with marketing.
• Forecast demand with Business Operations and maintain monthly projections.
• Map customer organizations to align design, manufacturing, and business goals.
• Manage opportunities through Salesforce CRM and track progress.
• Conduct regular customer visits to identify new opportunities.
• Support new product development by aligning customer requirements with ST’s power portfolio.
