Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lead Data & BI professional to design and deliver analytics products, dashboards, and reports. You will build scalable data pipelines, perform deep data analysis, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for business stakeholders.

The role requires strong SQL, Tableau, Snowflake experience, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences. A quantitative degree and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in BI, Analytics, Data Advisory, or highly technical consulting roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and data preparation.
• Expert-level experience building production-grade dashboards in Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake cloud data platform.
• Knowledge of low-code ETL tools like Alteryx.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Foundational knowledge of R and/or Python for data manipulation.
• Experience integrating data sources using APIs.
• Understanding of Commercial Real Estate operations metrics.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Data & BI products, including dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
• Build, optimize, and support automated data pipelines and integration processes.
• Conduct exploratory data mining and deep-dive analysis on large, complex datasets.
• Translate client feedback and quantitative results into actionable business recommendations.
• Design and implement data quality, standardization, and data governance controls.
• Develop, document, and maintain data dictionaries and SOPs.
• Ensure dashboards and data presentations adhere to JLL brand standards.
• Partner with business leaders to develop analytics roadmaps.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
