Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lead Developer to transform raw data into leadership-ready Power BI outputs. You will ingest data into our cloud, wrangle complex source data, model it, and build dashboards for senior leaders.

You’ll join a performance analysis team delivering data-led insights that drive client account performance, with ownership and autonomy in a hands-on role. The ideal candidate has deep Databricks experience, strong SQL/Python skills, and a track record building dependable data pipelines

Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics.
• Ingesting data in Azure cloud and building dependable data pipelines.
• Strong data transformation skills and SQL proficiency.
• Strong QA and attention to detail; dependable outputs with minimal re-checks.
• Ability to work with ambiguous asks and deliver finished outputs independently.
• Knowledge of AI capabilities and integrating with MCP servers/code.
• Experience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate) is a plus.
• Degree in data/analytics/computer science or related field; 5+ years hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Ingest data from diverse source systems into cloud repository with reliable pipelines.
• Transform, clean, and model complex data.
• Design and build robust data models that adapt to changing sources and requirements.
• Develop polished Power BI reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Own end-to-end quality, data validation, and documentation.
• Carry work through full technical lifecycle with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with Commercial Performance Directors to translate business needs into technical solutions.
