Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lead Developer, Commercial Performance, to transform raw data into leadership-ready outputs. You will own data ingestion into our cloud, wrangle messy sources, model data, and build Power BI products for leadership decision-making.

You will join a senior performance analysis team working directly with stakeholders to deliver data-led insights that impact client account performance. Expect autonomy on complex problems and growing ownership over time.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Databricks for data processing and analytics.
• Experience ingesting data in an Azure cloud environment and building dependable pipelines.
• Strong data transformation and manipulation skills with end-to-end QA focus.
• Ability to independently take vague asks through to finished outputs with technical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Ingest data from source systems into cloud repository and build reliable pipelines.
• Transform, clean, and model complex data using Databricks.
• Design and build robust data models that adapt to changing sources.
• Develop polished Power BI reports and dashboards for leadership.
