Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lead Developer, Commercial Performance, to transform raw data into leadership-ready outputs, ingest data into our cloud environment, and build Power BI products for executives. You will join a new performance analytics team working with stakeholders to derive actionable insights that improve client account performance.

You will own end-to-end data processes, shaping data structures, solution architecture, and where outputs go next.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on fluency with Databricks for data processing, transformation, and analytics.
• Must ingests data within Azure cloud environment and builds dependable data pipelines.
• Excellent data transformation and manipulation skills.
• Exceptional QA and data validation capabilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver a finished output independently.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data processing and analytics.
• Familiarity with AI tools and integrations, ideally Claude Code.

Responsibilities

• Ingest data from multiple source systems into cloud repository with reliable pipelines.
• Transform, clean, and model complex data in Databricks.
• Design and build robust data models that support changing sources/requirements.
• Develop polished Power BI reports and dashboards for leadership insights.
• Ensure end-to-end quality, validation, and defensible outputs.
• Own the full technical lifecycle from raw data to published product, largely independently.
• Collaborate with Commercial Performance Directors to translate business needs into technical solutions.
