Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent with Databricks for data processing and analytics.
• Experience ingesting data in Azure and building dependable data pipelines.
• Strong data transformation and QA capabilities.
• Ability to independently handle vague asks with good technical judgment.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; AI tooling familiarity (Claude Code).

Responsibilities

• Ingest data from diverse source systems into a cloud repository with reliable pipelines.
• Transform, clean, and model complex data in Databricks.
• Design robust data models that adapt to changing sources.
• Develop polished Power BI reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Own end-to-end quality: QA, validation, and documentation for leadership-ready outputs.
• Carry work through full technical lifecycle largely independently.
• Collaborate with Commercial Performance Directors to align work with business goals.
