Job summary

JLL's Analytics Centre of Excellence seeks a Senior Specialist Analytics Developer to lead the technical delivery of complex analytics solutions and act as a subject matter expert. You will mentor analytics developers, drive QA, UAT, and documentation, and explore AI and automation to deliver value to clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong Tableau/Power BI, SQL, Python and Databricks skills, along with agile leadership and stakeholder collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics delivery or comparable experience.
• 1+ years in a senior or technical lead capacity within a BI or analytics team.
• Expert-level experience in Tableau and/or Power BI, with a proven track record of delivering complex, governed analytics solutions to production standard.
• Strong working experience with SQL, Python and Databricks for data transformation, processing and analytics.
• Experience of leading technical delivery within an agile environment, including sprint management and DevOps tooling.
• Degree in data, analytics, or related field preferable, or equivalent working experience.
• Proven track record of working with data and experience with data visualisation tools and methodologies.
• Customer focused with strong domain knowledge to translate analytics into business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day technical leadership across Analytics Centre of Excellence analytics delivery processes.
• Lead innovation with analytics and automation to evolve business processes and capabilities.
• Foster growth of skills and knowledge across the CoE and drive knowledge sharing.
• Deliver analytics development services at scale and deploy analytics into business units and clients.
• Provide subject matter expertise across analytics processes and solutions.
• Lead the technical development of complex analytics initiatives and collaborate with peers.
• Translate complex requirements into practical business solutions and manage multiple priorities.
