Job summary

Relha LLC is seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer to spearhead the architecture, development, and maintenance of complex data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions using DBT, Snowflake, Claude.AI, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to define reporting needs, deliver actionable insights, and drive data-informed strategies while championing AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, CS, Statistics, or related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in data engineering or a similar role.
Expert proficiency in DBT, SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Extensive experience designing and deploying AI solutions and ML algorithms.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, development, design, and maintenance of complex data pipelines, frameworks, and dashboards using DBT, SQL, Python, Claude.AI, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Partner strategically with senior stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
Champion and implement AI/ML techniques to innovate reporting solutions and provide predictive/prescriptive insights.
Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies informing decisions.
Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and integrity; mentor team members.
