Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lead Developer, Commercial Performance to transform raw data into leadership-ready outputs and own the end-to-end data path in a cloud environment. You will ingest data, wrangle messy sources, model it, and build Power BI reports for senior leadership.

You will join a new performance analysis team, work with stakeholders, and provide deep technical firepower. This hands-on role emphasizes autonomy, ownership, and delivering trustworthy, finished outputs with minimal hand-holding.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on fluency with Databricks for data processing, transformation, and analytics.
• Experience ingesting data within an Azure cloud environment and building dependable data pipelines.
• Excellent data transformation and manipulation skills.
• Exceptional QA and attention to detail in output.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and deliver finished outputs with minimal guidance.
• Strong SQL and Python for data processing and analytics.
• Familiarity with building MCP servers/connectors and Claude Code for AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Ingest data from diverse source systems into the cloud repository with reliable pipelines.
