Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lead Developer for Commercial Performance to transform raw data into leadership-ready outputs. You will ingest data into our cloud, wrangle messy sources into clean shapes, model it, and build Power BI products for executive decision-making.

You will join a senior team delivering data-led insights to improve client account performance. The role is hands-on, with autonomy and increasing ownership as you prove delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on fluency with Databricks for data processing and analytics.
• Experience ingesting data in an Azure cloud environment with dependable pipelines.
• Excellent data transformation and manipulation skills.
• Exceptional QA and data validation discipline.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver finished outputs independently.
• Strong SQL; Python for data processing and analytics.
• Familiarity with MCP servers, connectors, and Claude Code is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ingest data from multiple source systems into the cloud repository with repeatable pipelines.
• Transform, clean, and model complex data sets in Databricks.
• Design and build robust data models that adapt as requirements evolve.
• Develop polished Power BI reports and dashboards for leadership insights.
• Own end-to-end quality, validation, and documentation of outputs.
• Carry work through the full technical lifecycle with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with Commercial Performance Directors to translate needs into solutions.
