Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lead Data & BI professional to design and deliver analytics products, dashboards, and reports. You will build scalable data pipelines, perform deep data analysis, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for business stakeholders.

The role requires strong SQL, Tableau, Snowflake experience, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences. A quantitative degree and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in BI, Analytics, Data Advisory, or highly technical consulting roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and data preparation.
• Expert-level experience building production-grade dashboards in Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake cloud data platform.
• Knowledge of low-code ETL tools like Alteryx.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Foundational knowledge of R and/or Python for data manipulation.
• Experience integrating data sources using APIs.
• Understanding of Commercial Real Estate operations metrics.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Ensure dashboards, reporting templates, and data presentations adhere to JLL corporate brand standards
• Partner with business leaders, operations teams, and client representatives to develop analytics roadmaps
• Communicate technical concepts, data limitations, and architectural requirements to non-technical audiences

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Econometrics, Statistics, Information Management, or a related quantitative field
• Foundational knowledge of R and/or Python for data manipulation
• Experience integrating data sources using APIs
• Understanding of Commercial Real Estate operations or Facilities Management performance metrics
