Job summary

JLL is seeking a Manager of Data & Analytics for the National Leasing Advisory Industrial platform to own datasets, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows. You’ll design and maintain data infrastructure, produce dashboards and models, and identify AI-enabled solutions to reduce repetitive work.

You will collaborate with Investor and Occupier business development, Research, Sales Enablement, and JLLT to deliver scalable analytics across the platform, with leadership and producers relying on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in real estate, finance, business, data analytics, or a related field.
• Seven+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics engineering or applied analytics; CRE experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel, SQL and Python; fluency with Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI/Tableau.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data integrity skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the data infrastructure and analytical output powering the National Industrial platform.
• Design, build, and maintain core datasets supporting Investor and Occupier business development and executive decisions.
• Develop dashboards and self-service reporting for cross-team use and for leadership.
• Identify AI-enabled solutions to automate repetitive analytical tasks and scale workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional data platforms and deliver insights for IPS pursuits and accounts.
• Translate analysis into presentation-ready deliverables for internal and client-facing use.
