Digitas in Atlanta seeks an Associate Director in Data & Analytics to connect data, media performance and business strategy. Translate complex results into actionable recommendations and partner with paid media teams to optimize investments.

The role focuses on MMM interpretation, forecasting and storytelling for clients, leading client presentations and mentoring analysts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, data strategy, media measurement or marketing analytics in an advertising or ad-tech setting.
• Strong understanding of the paid media ecosystem and how media strategy and performance intersect.
• Experience interpreting Marketing Mix Modeling results for media optimization.
• Familiarity with brand lift studies and campaign measurement methodologies.
• Excellent Excel skills: forecasting, data analysis, analytical models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to clients, building close working relationships and providing guidance across agency disciplines.
• Collaborate with paid media teams to evaluate campaign performance and optimize investments.
• Analyze MMM results and translate findings into actionable insights for media plans.
• Interpret brand lift studies and other outputs to inform optimization opportunities.
• Develop forecasts, projections and analytical models to support media planning.
