Job summary

Digitas North America, a leading data-driven marketing agency, seeks a Manager, Data & Analysis to guide a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts. You will deliver strategic, data-driven recommendations to support client goals across campaigns, site optimization, and testing initiatives.

You will partner with paid media and media strategy teams, translate Marketing Mix Modeling and brand lift insights into actionable strategies, and build Excel forecasts to inform budgets and performance

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in analytics or strategy within an advertising context.
Strong understanding of paid media and collaboration with paid media teams.
Experience managing a team and translating data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

Provide data-driven recommendations across channels to improve ROI.
Collaborate with paid media and media strategy teams to optimize budgets and programs.
Lead a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts with client reporting and growth.
Interpret MMM results and brand lift to inform media strategy and optimization.
Develop and maintain forecasts in Excel to support budgeting and projections.
Stay informed on industry trends and analytical tools relevant to marketing.
