Digitas seeks an Associate Director to guide teams in driving data-driven growth for client brands. You’ll lead strategic campaigns and help expand client work through innovative data-powered solutions across marketing channels.

You will mentor teams, evaluate new data opportunities, and ensure efficient project delivery in a fast-paced agency setting. A four-year degree and analytics/advertising experience are required.

Formación

• 7-9 years of experience in analytics or strategy within advertising, consulting, or ad tech.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills with multi-project experience.
• Experience managing a team.
• Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with modern statistical learning methods (regression, classification, supervised/unsupervised).
• Knowledge of digital data technologies (Google Analytics, pixel tracking, site tagging, DMPs).
• Four-year college degree; advanced degree is a plus.
• Passion for online advertising and emerging digital trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Guiding teams in driving strategic, data-driven growth for client campaigns.
• Surpass client goals through brand campaigns, acquisition efforts, site optimization, and testing strategy.
• Partner with client and internal teams by implementing data frameworks and marketing strategies.
• Evaluate new data opportunities, sources, technology, and partnerships.
• Foster creative thinking on how to leverage data across Marketing activities and eCommerce.
• Ensure efficient project execution and adopt best practices.
• Build a collaborative department environment and support career growth.
