3E is hiring a Customer Success Manager to transform customer relationships into lasting partnerships, guiding clients through our evolving regulatory intelligence and AI solutions. You will work with two Account Managers as a trusted advisor, expanding value and adoption while addressing challenges to support retention.

This fully remote role supports Eastern and Central time zones with 10–20% travel, collaborating with Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to ensure timely

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, client services, software training, or a related customer-facing role in a SaaS, technology, information services, or a similar environment.
• Experience explaining complex concepts in a practical way and presenting to diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer engagement platforms like Salesforce or Gong is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customer stakeholders to understand their priorities and demonstrate ongoing value from 3E solutions.
• Guide customers through product capabilities, deliver training, and help them adopt new features and workflows.
• Lead proactive outreach, develop customer success plans, and identify opportunities to increase product usage and engagement.
• Collaborate with two Account Managers to support retention, renewal, and expansion efforts.
• Monitor engagement and usage to anticipate risks and coordinate solutions before issues escalate.
• Work with Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, and Product to connect customers with the right expertise.
